		<description>Fantastic speech, showing a stronger capacity for abstract thinking than most politicians of our day, empathy, and a desire to make measured (or maybe tempered and cautious?) claims rather than sweeping statements of little depth and much arrogance. Do you know when/where this speech was given? 

If only he used such considered language in all his campaign speeches...

...or maybe he does, and these are just not the sort of speeches TV news stations chooses to relay?</description>
